Experience and Expertise
We have been in the business of providing Information Technology solutions to our clients for seven years. As a company, we have provided mission critical project management and consulting skills for various large clients. In addition to our deep onsite consulting skills, we have recently build capabilities and solutions around a Global Delivery Model with the flexibility of using an onsite, offsite and offshore combination as required to serve our clients’ needs.

Our project management and change control techniques have been refined over the years to incorporate the lessons learned and to make sure that we manage expectations effectively and execute projects on time and within budget.

Offshore Infrastructure
The Offshore facility is fully equipped with the required infrastructure to support offshore technical help desk, application development and maintenance as well as Remote DBA Services. Wired across through high-speed links, the facility has the capabilities of Automatic Call Distribution and Interactive Voice Response to manage client calls through the call management system.
The facility houses a pool of specialized people in Networking and Systems Administration, Database Specialists and Application Specialists in various technologies. Our Offshore Facility is currently connected to the California office through a dedicated link and has Voice and Data Communication capabilities, and also Video Conferencing facilities.
